Client feedback

Appointing Kevin as KBC professional trustee was one of the best decisions the bank took. He complements the other two trustees and also appreciates the position of the employer too. The experience a professional trustee adds is invaluable and they can share their knowledge and market practice within the KBC plan. Kevin manages the budget in consultation with the bank, fully debriefs all parties and maintains a constant dialogue with myself (as HR Manager) and trustees. Since we have worked together for a number of years, Kevin also appreciates some of the limitations we face ie budgets, and always comes up with a proactive approach and solution. His input is particularly valued by the bank trustee who is an actuary in our pensions department in Belgium Head Office.

The Trustee Training course is very good. Excellent coverage of material presented in an easy-to-digest manner and quality of presentation by both presenters.

The trustee training course covered a wide variety of subjects which gives a good basis for future discussion and decision making during trustee meetings.

We’ve recently had some promotions in our PSGS team.

Three of our accredited professional trustees - Curtis Mitchell, James Duggan and Fiona Lawrence - have become client directors. They all have significant experience of providing trusteeship, scheme secretarial and governance services.

Our trainee scheme managers - Emma Anderson, Tom Corten and Jason Beach - have completed their scheme secretary training and are now assistant scheme managers. They will develop further in their roles working with our professional trustees and scheme secretaries.

We also have a new addition to the governance team. Tracey Brown has moved from her finance administration role to become a pensions governance assistant to provide support for our scheme secretaries.

Finally, Chloe Key has been promoted to digital marketing and technology associate and will lead our social media marketing activities.
