Punter Southall Group, including PS Independent Trustees, has been named as one of the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For. In doing so, the group was awarded a one-star accreditation standard.
Now in its 13th year, the survey measures companies on employee engagement and is seen as a “kite mark”, which adds value to the brands of employers who invest in the well-being and motivation of their people.
Punter Southall Group Chief Executive Jonathan Punter said: “We’re delighted to be included in this list. Given that 896 companies entered and more than 240,000 employees were surveyed, this achievement is further recognition of the quality of our people and our business.”
This award follows Punter Southall Limited being awarded Investors in People Gold status, achieved by only three per cent of companies accredited by the programme in the UK, and adds to the celebrations for our 25th anniversary year.
