Client feedback

As a pensions novice, I felt that the trustee training course gave me a good grounding.

The team provide an excellent service with practical and commercial input that we have not found with anyone else.

Back in the day there was a large trustee board, with several independents (from the financial world) and the ex-Chairman of the company was offered the role as Chair of Trustees as a sweetener when he stepped down. Unionised company then divided - broad range of active members. They needed some expertise, consistency and leadership during this time. Wanted a serious/professional to lead and guide the trustees.

When requesting information by email, I have noticed that there is 'out of hours activity' to answer me. I regard this as a stand out 'above and beyond' - impressed.
Edwin’s working to ensure the other trustees get involved. Last year he took more of a leading role, which I was very grateful for. He is well organised and proactive. Feedback from external advisers has been good.

I enjoy working with PSGS and we have a very positive relationship. I was new to pensions and found them very helpful.

Now it's the turn of Curtis Mitchell to get his running shoes on for Daisy's Dream! He'll be taking part in The Roc Search Reading 5k Charity Santa Run on Sunday 4 December.

100% of money raised by runners will go to local charities or local Rotary projects, none on overheads. Depending on the amount raised, 35-40% will go to Daisy's Dream. A further 35-40% will go to No. 5 (young people's counselling and advice services) and the remainder to local charities and Rotary Projects including Reading Samaritans, Berkshire Vision, Thames Valley Air Ambulance, and CIRDIC.

As well as supporting Daisy’s Dream, Curtis is doing the run as 'a bit of fun on the lead up to Christmas'. We're sure the training by competing in local parkruns will be fun too!!

You can sponsor Curtis online via our JustGiving page: https://www.justgiving.com/PSIT
