Client feedback

Clare Owen has been a really excellent scheme secretary
Appointing Kevin as KBC professional trustee was one of the best decisions the bank took. He complements the other two trustees and also appreciates the position of the employer too. The experience a professional trustee adds is invaluable and they can share their knowledge and market practice within the KBC plan. Kevin manages the budget in consultation with the bank, fully debriefs all parties and maintains a constant dialogue with myself (as HR Manager) and trustees. Since we have worked together for a number of years, Kevin also appreciates some of the limitations we face ie budgets, and always comes up with a proactive approach and solution. His input is particularly valued by the bank trustee who is an actuary in our pensions department in Belgium Head Office.

We always receive an extremely high level of professionalism from PSGS, allowing us to make informed and appropriate decisions. Their advice is always timely and well received, allowing us to focus on what are the important key issues. They are always accessible and I would not hesitate to recommend their services!
Danny Nussbaum,
HR Director, Volvo Group UK Limited
I found the trustee training really beneficial, highly recommended. I am not a trustee, I represent the employer and I think it will be valuable for me in future, having a better understanding of the trustees' perspective.
Dave Strain,
Royal Yachting Association
Very happy with PSGS as an organisation and that opinion is derived from the performance of those that represent them.
Sean Hoyle,
Wightlink
In any major corporate transaction, time is of the essence. PSGS's pragmatic commercial approach helped us manage the pensions aspects of our group re-structure to ensure a positive outcome for all parties.

Kevin Clark successfully completed the 25km Thames Bridges Trek and raised over £500 for Daisy's Dream in the process. Here's what he had to say afterwards:

"I was pleased to get away at 11 am from the busy start at Bishop’s Park near Putney Bridge where 3000 had congregated. The whole trek took place under leaden skies and there was one shower after half way, but the weather was ideal and certainly no danger of overheating! The busiest locations were at Westminster and Southwark due to tourists, but otherwise no problem with crowds!

I completed the 16 bridge trek in 4 hours 30 minutes."

Daisy’s Dream have been in touch to say “The fantastic funds you have raised will be put to really good use, supporting more children across Berkshire who need our help at a very difficult time in their lives. I hope you feel justifiably proud of what you’ve achieved!”
