We're a Great Place to Work! Our team really like working here.
Are you a graduate or college leaver? We have some great opportunities for you!
Vidett was formed in 2023 to facilitate a true merger of equals – Punter Southall Governance Services Limited (PSGS) and 20-20 Trustees Limited (20-20). With a team of over 120, Vidett is now the UK’s largest professional trustee and pension governance firm by number of clients. That said, we’ve been successful at keeping the personal feel we had at the very start and we really enjoy what we do (it is true, we do!).
We help corporate clients look after their pension schemes, group life assurance trusts and healthcare trusts, making sure member benefits are well communicated, paid correctly and properly looked after. We share our extensive knowledge and experience and find smart solutions to benefit our clients. They trust us to get on with the job and deliver great service, knowing we’ll be friendly too.
To start with, we like coming to work! People are at the heart of our business – be that our team, others we work with or the members we represent. From new graduates starting their career with us to trustees with over 50 years’ experience, we’re a dynamic team that enjoys learning from and supporting each other and our clients.
We’re committed to delivering collaborative, client-focused teamwork and doing the very best job we can.
Other than being less than a minute walk from Reading train station and Charing Cross underground, our offices are surrounded by a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and bars, which benefit our work environment. With Reading town centre only a short walk away and Trafalgar Square over the road, our principal office locations suit everyone. We also have offices in Birmingham and Manchester.
Simi joined us directly from completing her degree at Nottingham Trent University. Our two year graduate training plan provides her with support and exposure to a wide range of areas including the role of a scheme secretary, investments and actuarial valuations. This will allow her to build her pensions knowledge and develop in her role.
Simi has started with four main clients to get a rounded view of the work we do, concentrate on learning the ropes and understand how pension schemes operate. She helps the governance team by dealing with member related queries, updating scheme governance documents and action logs, collating online meeting packs and providing secretarial support.
